20 Burpee DB Hop Overs
20 Air Squats
20 Sit-Ups

*Burpee Hop Over. Start by completing a burpee, stand up, take one step and jump over the dumbbell.

Row/Run 240 meters
10 Double DB Strict Press (50’s/35’s)

MISSION:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 min. Numerical Significance; On October 23, 1983, two truck bombs struck buildings in Beirut, Lebanon, housing American and French service members of the Multinational Force in Lebanon that took the lives of 240 Soldiers.
