Join us this Saturday July 27th at 9AM for a free coach led CrossFit workout.
- Class starts at 9am
 - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete activity waiver and meet your lead coach for the day
 - Class length 60 minutes to include but not limited to; group warm-up, movement demonstration, workout and cool down
 - First time friendly, no CrossFit experience required
