Just did a drop-in to this box and it was amazing. The box was clean and well maintained. Justin (coach) was great, although I wasn’t a member of the box he continued to coach me during the WOD. The people I worked out with were welcoming and it was an overall great experience. I come to Mechanicsburg once a year and I’ll definitely come back to CrossFit Pneuma.
