The best way to understand "What is CrossFit" is to try a free class. Come try any class during Free Friday. CrossFit Pneuma runs these intro classes every 2nd Friday of the month so if you miss the first opportunity to register, you will always get a 2nd! We’ve designed our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background or experience. *Free classes are available to first time local resident drop-ins only.

If you're working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs. Programs are designed to improve your overall fitness and capacity for athletics, recreation or job requirements. Some of our programming includes but not limited to: - Fat Loss - Run Improvement - Strength & Conditioning for Endurance Athletes (In-season/Off-season) - Spartan Training - Tough Mudder - Law Enforcement or Military Combat or Physical Fitness Test Improvement

Running Club $10/Class, First Class FREE

WHAT: Running Club. Our goal with this class is to improve runners mobility, running mechanics and pacing for short, intermediate and long time domains and distances. All fitness levels are welcome, scaling will be available for every workout. WHEN: Saturday mornings @ 10am, weather permitting. Weather cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page. WHO: Members & Non-members may attend.

Teen Strength & Conditioning $99/Month

Our Teens class is for ages 15 and up or for preteens who are ready for an Intermediate class. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, teens who attend this class are ready to bring some intensity to their workouts. Classes last one hour. This program can accommodate athletes in the off season or in season, looking to try something new in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our classes are "Coach Lead" at all times during instruction and training. *First Class is always FREE!
