The best way to understand "What is CrossFit" is to try a free class. Come try any class during Free Friday. CrossFit Pneuma runs these intro classes every 2nd Friday of the month so if you miss the first opportunity to register, you will always get a 2nd! We’ve designed our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background or experience. *Free classes are available to first time local resident drop-ins only.

What is Fundamentals? Fundamentals is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 4 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit at CrossFit Pneuma. Who has to do Fundamentals? Anyone who is new to CrossFit has to take Elements. We strive to move with virtuosity. That means doing the common uncommonly well. The best place to learn new skills and hone your abilities is in a one-on-one setting. How much does it cost? Fundamentals costs $139. That gets you your Fundamentals Month. You have 30 days to complete your 4 sessions. If you finish your sessions before the month is up, which is very common, then you can start taking classes until the end of those 30 days. For instance, if you start Fundamentals on June 13th, and you finish the fourth session on June 28th, you can start taking classes until July 13th. Then you will start paying a membership. Our Teens class is for ages 15 and up or for preteens who are ready for an Intermediate class. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, teens who attend this class are ready to bring some intensity to their workouts. Classes last one hour. This program can accommodate athletes in the off season or in season, looking to try something new in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our classes are "Coach Lead" at all times during instruction and training. *First Class is always FREE!
