    Any workout really that includes a weightlifting movements, but if I had to choose just one…HERO WOD – “DT”

    When not doing CrossFit, you're...?
    When not doing CrossFit my life is structured around Faith-Family-CrossFit, in that exact order. CrossFit is my calling not my job and my faith and family is my passion in life.

    Advice for someone starting CrossFit or interested in starting CrossFit?
    Plug into the amazing CrossFit community immediately. Give more of yourself each day, and never settle. Set realistic goals. Nothing that comes easy is worth it or lasting. Only hard work and tenacious effort will reward you with success. The mental toughness you build here through CrossFit training will carry over into every aspect of your life that will in turn prepare you to overcome life’s most difficult circumstances.

    Lighter weight workouts that test your motor and anything with OH Squats.

    When not doing CrossFit, you’re?
    Roaming the sidelines as an athletic trainer for the Messiah College Falcons, teaching others about the joys of athletic training within Messiah College’s athletic training curriculum, serving in various roles at Mt Zion Lutheran Church, and attending as many concerts as possible!

    Advice for someone starting CrossFit or interested in starting CrossFit?
    Check your ego at the door. Crossfit will humble you, but it’s working through the things you aren’t good at that make you the best you.
